Chef Nicholas Trovato

Born and raised on Long Island, Chef Nicholas Trovato cumulates over 27 years of passion driven culinary experience. He was inspired by his grandmother Sophie’s love for quality food and family traditions. His Executive culinary journey began in 1992 after graduating from the French Culinary institute of Manhattan. Combining passion and cutting edge techniques led Nick to Executive culinary positions at high end restaurants in Manhattan. Expanding his career Chef Nick served as an Executive Chef at several high end country clubs owned by National companies. His journey took him in addresses in Arizona, California, New York and others. Husk and Vine Kitchen & Cocktails is a dream that has come into fruition.
